About me

Within his first five years of leasing & managing residential property, Nathan gain
invaluable experience working for both independent & franchise agencies.
During such time, Nathan looked after quality beachside properties in Sydney’s
Eastern Suburbs predominately in the Bronte, Clovelly, Coogee area.
He then managed a portfolio on the Lower North Shore, comprising of exclusive
waterfront properties in Kirribilli, Milsons Point, Mosman & Neutral Bay.

Shortly after joining a larger agency in the Maroubra area, Nathan recognised the
need for a more personalised style of property management. This resulted in the
establishment of a successful partnership in 2016 forming ‘Coastal Property Managers’,
known as ‘CPM’, located on Macpherson Street in Bronte. Nathan now directs his own boutique
REI NSW endorsed agency ‘NF Property Management’ located in Randwick, continuing
to provide specialist Leasing & Property Management service to clients Sydney-wide.

“Nathan is the most proactive, easy to deal with property manager I've ever worked with. He's always looked out for the interests of the property owner but also is very respectful of the good tenants he's sourced and has been right on it whenever anything goes wrong.
